Mr. Min Min Wai is a passionate Rice Trader with over 20 years of experience in Rice Trading where he accumulated vast knowledge and experience in rice products, supplier network, logistics, storage, and trading. He thrives to spearhead the company to be one of the Leading Rice Trading Companies in Myanmar.

Soe Moe Naing

Executive Director

Mr. Soe Moe Naing is the Managing Director and founder of Pho La Min Group of Companies. He established the company as a family business in 2004 with the focus on rubber trading initially. He has since diversified his product lineup other commodities such as beans, maize, palm oil, fertilizer, sugar and so on. He has more than 15 years of accumulated trading and manufacturing experience in several business lines.

Aung Kyaw San

Director

Mr. Aung Kyaw San has worked in Agricultural Commodities Trading since 2008. By 2015, his company, Bhome Yaung Chi Co., Ltd ranks as the 2nd largest agricultural commodities exporter and was awarded the President’s Excellence Award.

His supply chain of rice and various agricultural commodities and vast experience in the business was vital in the rapid expansion and development of Royal Dragon Alliance Trading Co., Ltd.

Win Thaw

Director

Mr. Win Thaw is the Managing Director of Best Blended Beverages Co., Ltd which is one of the most successful Distillation businesses in Myanmar. His company has supplied Extra Natural Alcohol(ENA) to industry leading Beverages companies locally and internationally since 2010.
He is also the managing director of Myanmar Leading Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd, and Great Khittayar Co., Ltd, Myanmar’s finest construction companies.

Han Zaw Htoo

Director

With over 10 years experience in Pho La Min Group of Companies as a Senior Manager, Mr. Han Zaw Htoo’s is an experienced supervisor. From Export-Import Logistics to Administration, IT infrastructure and Human Resources, Mr. Han Zaw Htoo’s diverse experience serves a crucial role in the management of the company.
